Continental Breakfast

Help the 2,200+ AMP meeting attendees start their day off right by sponsoring a continental breakfast! Breakfast is continental and served buffet-style in the foyer of the meeting rooms. Your company’s contribution will help to defray the cost of this important service.

You’ve seen it before – the doors open after an intense educational session and the attendees rush straight to the coffee station. Let them see your company name as the supporter of this important service! Options below are for the duration of the event.

 

 

Lunch

The general lunch will be hosted in the Exhibit Hall. All registered meeting attendees are will be served a buffet meal for lunch during all three days of the meeting. 

 

Social Event

Normally held on the second night of the Annual Meeting & Expo, the Social Event is the perfect environment for attendees to meet, greet, and unwind after two full days of educational sessions. Help attendees to make the most of this celebration by supporting the event.

 

Badge Lanyards - SOLD OUT

All attendees are required to wear their name badge in order to access sessions, meals, and the Exhibit Hall. This creates constant, mobile visibility for your company as attendees move through the event. 

 

Meeting Bags

One of the best tangible take-aways for any meeting attendee is the meeting bag. Attendees rely on the meeting bag for use during and long after the event. 

 

Water Bottles / Travel Mugs

Help meeting attendees to stay hydrated during and after the event by providing durable, reusable water containers! Bottles / travel mugs are BPA free. Every attendee will receive one in their meeting bag and use it long after the meeting ends.

 

Charging Station

Back by popular demand, the charging station / lounge located in the Exhibit Hall is a favorite for meeting attendees. Users can relax, Network, and recharge along with their devices.

 

 

Corporate Workshops 

AMP Corporate Workshop Day takes place one day prior to the official start of the AMP Annual Meeting & Expo. This event is the exclusive opportunity for AMP Exhibiting Companies to present directly to and interact directly with their clients and prospects. More than 80% of all meeting registrants attend Corporate Workshop Day. No registration is required so your colleagues and customers alike are welcome to attend regardless of whether or not they plan to attend the AMP Annual Meeting & Expo. Each workshop is worth 1 priority point.

Highlights of Corporate Workshop Day...

• More than 80 hours of workshops hosted by AMP Exhibiting Companies
• Takes place one day prior to the start of the AMP Annual Meeting & Expo
• Does not require registration so your colleagues and clients are welcome to attend
• Attracts more than 1,000 AMP meeting registrants
• Allows AMP Exhibitors direct access to their clients and prospects in a classroom-type environment
• Provides workshop host companies with the opportunity to place a poster in a designated area
• This opportunity is ONLY available to AMP Exhibiting Companies.

Costs and Services...

• The cost is $3,900 per 50 minute workshop if purchased on or before March 31.
  The cost is $4,450 per 50 minute workshop if purchased after April 1.
• The fee includes general A/V services – a podium, room set-up, microphone, projector, and screen. Additional services including catering are available at the workshop host’s expense.
• AMP promotes Corporate Workshop Day to all members and meeting registrants via the Website, email, and during the online Annual Meeting registration process

Deadlines...

• The deadline to secure a corporate workshop is May 30, 2021. These sell quickly so book early!
• The deadline to provide complete workshop details, including title and description (100 words, max), is June 30, 2021.

Restrictions...

• Content is subject to the approval of AMP.
• Limit three 50 minute sessions per company.
• Corporate Partners may host more than three workshops upon approval by AMP.

 

AMP is excited to offer this year-round opportunity for company’s to reach AMP members and others in the field of molecular diagnostics. Online Corporate Workshops are just that - your company’s “corporate work- shop” online as a webinar or recording. Here’s how it works:

AMP Provides...

• Management of the Workshop (webinar) including coordinating with company to rehearse, schedule, and conduct the Online Corporate Workshop
• Marketing of the Workshop (webinar) to AMP members and its extensive contact database
• Housing of the Workshop on www.amp.org for twelve months
• A direct link to the archived webinar for use by the company
• Management of all technical aspects of the webinar
• A list of Workshop registrants including mailing addresses (NO email addresses)

Company Provides...

• Workshop (webinar) Title, Description, Content, and Speakers
• Print and web-ready versions of the company logo (for marketing purposes)
• $7,500 for AMP to host, promote, and house the Workshop (webinar)
• Full rights for AMP’s use and retention of the Workshop
• Communication and coordination with speakers along with a single point of contact for AMP

AMP will house and promote the workshop directly to its 2,300+ members plus more than 2,000 others in the field of molecular diagnostics. There’s no better way to access your prospects outside of the Annual Meeting & Expo than by hosting an AMP Online Corporate Workshop. Content is subject to the approval of AMP.

• The deadline to secure an online corporate workshop is rolling, however, there are a limited number of opportunities so we encourage you to book early.

 

The new AMP Innovation Spotlight Stage provides exhibitors with an opportunity to address a captive audience front and center on the show floor, during show hours. (see floorplan for locations)
 

During the Innovation Spotlights, exhibitors are encouraged to provide all things innovative, including:

• Hands on demos for new and innovative technology & products (space is limited)
• Talks and presentations on Innovative approaches to the Molecular Pathology industry
• Industry hot topics (including interactive debates and discussions)

There are only a limited amount of slots for this very exclusive opportunity and space is limited so sign up early!

Costs and Services...

• The cost is $6,000 for one 30 minute presentation.
• The fee includes general A/V services - a podium, stage set-up, microphone, projector, and screen.
• AMP will provide signage.
• AMP will include a listing and description in the printed and online materials.

Deadlines...

• The deadline to secure a Innovation Spotlight session is August 5, 2021 (based on availability).

Restrictions...

• Content is subject to the approval of AMP.

A limited number of small rooms on the perimeter of the Exhibit Hall will be available for exhibitors to conduct one-on-one meetings with their clients and prospects. They will be available to rent for the duration of the show hours. Each room will be set with one table and four chairs. Additional features, such as audio/visual, Internet, and a lockable door are available at the expense of the exhibiting company. Note - food and beverage are NOT permitted in these meeting spaces.

Costs and Services...

• The cost is $2,800 for a 10’ x 10’ meeting room or $5,000 for a 10’ x 20’ meeting room.
• The fee includes one table and four chairs per 10’ x 10’ space.
• AMP will provide signage.

Deadlines...

• The deadline to secure an onsite meeting space is July 31, 2021 (based on availability).

Restrictions...

• One per company. First come, first served.

Ad space is available on divider tab pages, covers, and within the program book itself. Divider tab pages are four-color, full page placements with very high visibility.

Meeting Bag Insert

Every meeting attendee receives a meeting bag for use during the event. Get your message out to attendees when they first arrive by including an insert in their meeting bag! Inserts should be a maximum 2 pages; 8.5 “ x 11”. Limited number of inserts available. Insert must be pre-approved by Exhibit Management. Membership Mailing List Rental

Reach out to potential meeting attendees prior to registration by renting the AMP membership meeting list. Because the vast majority of attendees are AMP members, this is an excellent outreach opportunity. One rental per company. One time use, only. Mail piece must be pre-approved by Exhibit Management.

Exhibit Hall Aisle Signs

Make your presence known throughout the Expo all by advertising on all of the aisle banners. Visible throughout the entire hall, the banners are a great way to be seen and showcase your logo, company name and booth number. 

 

Convention Center Entrance Door/Window Clings

The interior windows of the registraion lobby of the Convention Center, offers very unique visibility for your company, providing placement of customized clings that will be the center of the registration lobby.

This opportunity provides placement for a company branded runner along escalators located in prominent areas of the Convention Center. Make your company's presence known to attendees as they utilize these two escalators to access the Meeting Sessions and Hall Entrance.
